(NYSE: INVH) ("Invitation Homes" or the "Company") announced today the pricing of a secondary offering of 37,500,000 shares of Invitation Homes common stock by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone, which is expected to result in gross proceeds to the selling stockholders of approximately $1 billion. The offering is expected to close on June 26, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
Invitation Homes is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering. In addition, none of Invitation Homes' officers or directors are selling any shares of common stock beneficially owned by them in the offering.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan are serving as the underwriters for the offering.
