About the Lawsuit

OCZ and certain of its senior executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements, during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws.

On October 10, 2012, OCZ shares declined $1.27, or more than 40%, on unusually heavy volume, after the Company disclosed results well below guidance and after it was disclosed that there was a "material weakness" in OCZ's financial reporting.
