Investor Alert: BCSC issues warning about Flag Resources (1985) Limited
VANCOUVER, Dec. 18, 2012 /CNW/ - The British Columbia Securities Commission is warning the public not to purchase shares or other securities of Flag Resources (1985) Limited, a mining company that has been cease-traded in British Columbia since 2006. Buying or selling any securities of a cease-traded company is an offence under the Securities Act.
The BCSC has become aware that shares and warrants of Flag Resources are being distributed throughout British Columbia and Alberta, with much of the activity taking place in Kelowna.
