Investments of Macquarie Group Limited in Oro Mining Ltd.

TORONTO, Aug. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Macquarie Group Limited ("Macquarie") announces that due to its recent tendering of 17,410,760 common shares of Oro Mining Ltd ("Oro") into the takeover offer by Wexford Spectrum Trading Limited and Wexford Catalyst Trading Limited at CAD 0.11 per share, and the subsequent take-up of these shares, Macquarie's deemed beneficial ownership in Oro is now below 10% on a partially-diluted basis.
