Investments of Macquarie Group Limited in Bell Copper Corporation

TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Macquarie Group Limited ("Macquarie"), announces that as a result of the recent expiration of 11,501,640 warrants, each warrant exercisable for one common share of Bell Copper Corp (Bell Copper), Macquarie Group now holds 19,036,820 common shares decreasing Macquarie's deemed beneficial ownership to 10.96% on a partially diluted basis.
