Investment Banking Veterans Launch Los Angeles-based Advisory Firm: Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC

LOS ANGELES, June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The founding partners are pleased to announce the launch of Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC ("Intrepid"), a new advisory firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The Intrepid team brings over 100 years of mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") advisory experience from their prior roles as principals at Barrington Associates, a firm that they built into a leading national middle market M&A advisor before its acquisition by Wells Fargo in 2006.

Intrepid's senior professionals include longtime Barrington Associates veterans Jim Freedman, Mike Rosenberg and Ed Bagdasarian. Joining as Partners are Gary Rabishaw, Adam Abramowitz and Jeremiah Mann, each of whom worked for over a decade at Barrington Associates. Collectively, this senior team has advised on over 250 transactions spanning a diverse cross section of industries, including consumer products and services, industrial manufacturing, healthcare products and services, building products, business services and retail, among others.

Intrepid's services will include M&A advisory, equity and debt capital raising and providing strategic advice in complex securities transactions.
