"We are seeing systematic management of assets returning to favor again. Many of our strategies have exceeded performance expectations in the recent challenging markets and value added has become even more important in the current low-return environment," said Bernhard Langer, chief investment officer of GQE. "I'm pleased to add these three qualified analysts to our team."
Charlie Ko, Quantitative Research Analyst will join the GQE research team on May 15, 2012. He brings more than 14 years of investment management experience to the position. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and is a CFA charterholder.
Eric Cheng, Quantitative Research Analyst, joined the research team in December 2011 from Markit, where he spent three years as an equity analyst responsible for conducting fundamental and quantitative analysis on U.S. equities.
