ATLANTA, April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Distributors, Inc. today announced that its award-winning Invesco Portfolio Illustrator tool now includes unit trusts, further expanding the number of investment options financial advisors can use to create robust proposals for their clients.
"Financial advisors have embraced the Invesco Portfolio Illustrator for its ease of use and ability to help them further diversify and decrease overlap in client portfolios," said Joanna Irwin, Head of US Marketing. "We continually seek feedback from advisors on how we can enhance the tool to help them quickly and easily create effective portfolio proposals for their clients."
The Invesco Portfolio Illustrator, launched in late 2013, is designed for financial advisors to create investment proposals for their clients. In just four simple steps, advisors can create a customized portfolio to meet their clients' investment goals and match their investment acumen – from novice to seasoned investor. The web-based tool is accessible by logging on to www.invesco.com/pi.
Financial advisors have had the ability to build a customized proposal that includes the universe of mutual funds and ETFs. Now, with Invesco unit trusts added as an additional option, advisors can build proposals for clients selecting from a broader group of investment options. Other new enhancements include:
- Estimated annual income for unit trusts
- All holdings for unit trusts
- Unit trust fact sheets
The Invesco Portfolio Illustrator was recognized with the Mutual Fund Education Alliance (MFEA) 2014 Star Award for Online Advisor Services.1
