HOUSTON, May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco announced today that shareholders of Invesco Global Dividend Growth Securities Fund have approved its reorganization into the Invesco Global Core Equity Fund. The reorganization is expected to be completed by May 23, 2011.

Additionally, the Shareholder Meeting for Invesco Dividend Growth Securities Fund, Invesco Global Advantage Fund, Invesco Technology Sector Fund and Invesco Value Fund was adjourned until June 30, 2011 in order to solicit further votes.
Effective as of the opening of business May 9, 2011, Invesco Global Dividend Growth Securities Fund, Invesco Global Advantage Fund, Invesco Global Dividend Growth Securities Fund, Invesco Technology Sector Fund and Invesco Value Fund were closed to new investors. All investors who were invested in the funds as of the close of business on May 6, 2011, and remain invested in them may continue to make additional investments. Existing retirement plans and wrap programs may continue to add new participant accounts to the funds, but no new retirement plans or wrap programs will be considered.
