PITTSBURGH, Feb. 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- "The foot slides on medical exam chairs often fail, and users can be injured when the support breaks," said two inventors from Landing, N.J. "In order to correct this dangerous problem, we came up with a way to improve the overall functionality and safety of the foot slide."
They developed the SAFETY SLIDE, patent pending, so as not to fail during use. The device reduces the risk of injury, which helps to improve safety. The design improves the function over wood on wood. The accessory serves as an easy, inexpensive and effective solution. Additionally, it can be a built-in component on new-production exam chairs or an after-market accessory retrofitted to existing chairs.
The original design was submitted to the Hackettstown sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
