InventHelp Inventors Develop Modified Tool for Stripping Wires (LCC-3951)

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- "We thought there could be a better tool for removing the insulation from a conductive electrical wire," said one of two inventors, from Easton, Pa., "so we invented the EZ STRIP. Our design eliminates the side pulling action associated with most conventional wire strippers."

The invention provides an easier way to strip the insulation from wire. In doing so, it offers an improved alternative to traditional wire stripping tools. As a result, it could increase power and leverage when pulling and removing wire insulation and it reduces finger and hand fatigue. The invention features a functional design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for electricians, handymen, home improvement specialists and do-it-yourselfers. Additionally, a prototype is available.
