PITTSBURGH, Oct. 17, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- "As a professional truck driver and CDL holder, I've gained many experiences OTR. I thought there should be a way for drivers to stretch out and rest within a day cab truck," said an inventor, from Cleveland, Ohio, "so I invented the DAY CAB LOUNGER. My design changes the landscape for day cab truck drivers by eliminating the need to sleep sitting straight or hunched over the steering wheel."

The patent-pending invention provides a more comfortable way for a truck driver to rest or sleep inside a day cab semi-truck. In doing so, it offers an alternative to sleeping in a hammock, renting a hotel room, or improper positioning. As a result, it increases comfort and support and it helps to prevent soreness, stiff neck, and back pains. The invention features an effective design that is easy to use so it is ideal for trucking companies, truck drivers, etc. Additionally, a prototype model is available upon request.
