PITTSBURGH, July 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted to create a simple accessory for use with kneepads with straps to prevent strap digging, discomfort and sweat," said an inventor, from Wahta, Ontario, Canada, "so I invented the BEND- A- KNEE. My design would be custom-fit for optimum wearer comfort and protection while working."
The invention provides added comfort for the back of the knees when wearing kneepads with straps. In doing so, it prevents kneepad straps from digging into the back of the knees. As a result, it eliminates the need to tug at or adjust the straps. It also provides ventilation to avoid sweating. The invention features a custom fit design that is easy to use so it is ideal for flooring workers, construction workers, trade workers, and others who wear kneepads. Additionally, a prototype model is available upon request.
The original design was submitted to the Toronto sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
