IntraLinks Files for Proposed Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, April 12, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- IntraLinks, a leading provider of critical information exchange solutions, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as joint book-runners for the offering. Jefferies & Company, Inc. will act as lead manager. Lazard Capital Markets LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, will act as co-managers.
