CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Intervale Capital ("Intervale"), an energy-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of Jason Turowsky to Principal, Phil Wilson to Vice President and Kendal Reed to Senior Associate. In their new positions, Jason, Phil and Kendal will be integrally involved in transaction sourcing, execution and portfolio company oversight.

Jason Turowsky joined Intervale in July 2013 as Vice President. Since joining Intervale, Jason has been involved in several transactions, and plays a lead role in managing Intervale's investments in Certus Energy Solutions and Tier 1 Energy Solutions.
Jason has more than ten years of experience as a private equity investor. For the majority of his career prior to Intervale, Jason was at Falconhead Capital, a New York-based middle market private equity fund. At Falconhead, Jason focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across a diverse array of industries. Prior to Falconhead, Jason worked at UBS Investment Bank where he advised on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions. Jason received a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Phil Wilson joined Intervale in January 2011 as an Associate, and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2013. In his previous position, Phil has been an integral part of Intervale's investments in Allied Oil and Gas Services and TRF Energy Solutions.
Prior to joining Intervale, Phil worked as an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse's Global Industrials and Financial Institutions Group. At Credit Suisse, he worked on a variety of capital markets and advisory transactions. Phil received a B.A. from Bowdoin College where he majored in both History and Economics.
Kendal Reed joined Intervale in March 2012 as an Associate and has played an active role in overseeing Intervale's investments in Aegis Chemical Solutions and Epic Lift Systems.
Before joining Intervale, Kendal held an investment banking analyst position in Piper Jaffray's Clean Technology & Industrials Group where he worked on a range of capital markets and advisory transactions. Kendal graduated with highest distinction from the University of Kansas, where he received a B.S. in Finance.
