Intervale Capital Names Two Partners

HOUSTON, Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Intervale Capital ("Intervale"), an energy-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Connelly as Partner and the promotion of Jason Turowsky to Partner.

Patrick Connelly joins Intervale from SCF Partners, an energy private equity group based in Houston. As a Managing Director, Patrick was responsible for the development of new investment opportunities and the execution of strategic efforts at the firm's portfolio companies.  During his time at SCF, Patrick joined Forum Energy Technologies, a global manufactured technologies provider, where he oversaw a range of strategic initiatives, to include the company's initial public offering.

Patrick earned a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, after which he served as an active duty infantry officer in the Army for over six years. He completed a dual MBA/MPA degree program from Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government.

Jason Turowsky joined Intervale in 2013 as Vice President, and was promoted to Principal in January 2015. Jason has led several transactions, and manages Intervale's investments in Certus Energy Solutions, Tier 1 Energy Solutions and TorcSill Foundations.

Prior to Intervale, Jason served as Principal at Falconhead Capital, a New York-based middle market private equity fund. During his ten years at Falconhead, Jason focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across a diverse array of industries. Jason began his career at UBS Investment Bank where he advised on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions. Jason received a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.
