Interstate Batteries Adopts Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plan for Aqua Metals Stock
DALLAS, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Interstate Batteries announced today that it has established a stock sale plan in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, pursuant to which it will sell up to 430,000 shares of common stock of Aqua Metals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQMS) for asset diversification and liquidity. In accordance with Rule 10b5-1, Interstate Batteries will have no discretion over sales under this plan.
Rule 10b5-1 permits corporate officers, directors and other designated persons to adopt written, pre-arranged stock trading plans when they are not in possession of material, non-public information. Using these plans, such persons can adjust their holdings and spread stock trades over a period of time regardless of any material, non-public information they may receive after adopting their plans. Stock sales by Interstate Batteries pursuant to the terms of the 10b5-1 Plan will be disclosed publicly in filings as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
