The Red Herring Global 100 recognition follows on from Intersec's success in the Top 100 Europe award in April 2012, and acknowledges the leading private companies and entrepreneurs across the globe. The award was judged by the Red Herring editorial staff who evaluated the award contenders on both quantitative and qualitative criteria such as financial performance, technological innovation, management strength, business strategy, customer acquisition, marketing strategy and international potential.
