SINGAPORE and HOUSTON, May 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- InterOil Corporation (NYSE:IOC) (POMSoX:IOC) today announced it has posted on its website at www.interoil.com a presentation to be viewed in conjunction with its first quarter 2011 financial results conference call.

As a reminder, the conference call will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 7:30 a.m. Central (8:30 a.m. Eastern) to discuss the financial and operating results, as well as the company's outlook.
