Internet Week New York Names Caroline Waxler as Festival Director; Long-time industry leader, to take helm of burgeoning Internet festival
NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Week New York has named Caroline Waxler Festival Director. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing all festival content and strategy and the lead ambassador for the festival to New York's thriving Internet scene.

Waxler most recently was working with a number of fashion technology clients to help define their digital media presence, including both startups and established institutions. Prior to that she served as the Digital Content Director at Lucky Magazine, where she produced Lucky FABB, a groundbreaking digital fashion and beauty blogger conference series.
Her writing has appeared in, among other publications, Advertising Age, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Glamour, Think Quarterly by Google, and the New York Post. She has also written for television shows such as "Best Week Ever" and "Good Morning America." She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
