"We are one of the first sports properties to sell tickets through PayPal, one of the most popular, and convenient methods of online payment currently available," said ISC Vice President, Multi-Channel Marketing and Chief Information Officer Craig Neeb. "We constantly explore ways to enhance the online ticket purchase experience for our guests and the PayPal solution was a no-brainer. Also, with our new chat feature, fans can communicate directly with a live ticket agent who can answer questions and provide information to help with the buying process. We have the best fans in all of sports and our goal is to provide first class customer service starting with their ticket purchase all the way through to their race day experience."
"ISC is a tremendous sports brand and we're thrilled to enable ticket purchasing to ISC's large base of motorsports fans," said Bill Zielke, PayPal's Senior Director of Merchant Services. "Now anyone can quickly and securely buy motorsports tickets using PayPal and get down to the racetrack and support their favorite drivers."
The PayPal payment solution will be available for online ticket purchases for Michigan International Speedway and Daytona International Speedway, and will then extend to all ISC facilities over the next week. The chat feature is currently live for Daytona International Speedway and Auto Club Speedway and will be available on the ticketing websites for all of ISC's 13 motorsports facilities by the end of March.
