International Isotopes Inc. Announces a Notice of Allowance for its Patent Application for a New Fluorine Extraction Process
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Isotopes Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: INIS) announces it has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its patent application directed to a new fluorine extraction process (FEP). This patent application is the result of process development work completed by the Company in its Idaho pilot scale facility.
Once the patent application issues as a U.S. Patent, it will provide the Company with additional protections on the claimed fluorine extraction process. The issued U.S. patent is expected to expire May 8, 2029. The Company also plans to pursue corresponding international patent applications directed to the new process.
