Titled "Organizational Survival: The Double Meaning of Sustainability," the free webinar will be presented to a global audience on Thursday, February 13th at 7am, 11am and 10pm EST by Greg Balestrero, Strategic Advisor on Leadership, Sustainability & Corporate Consciousness with IIL and co-author of Organizational Survival: Profitable Strategies for a Sustainable Future.
"All sustainability activities within an organization are projects," said E. LaVerne Johnson, Founder, CEO and President of IIL. "With project competency in our blood, along with our concern for a sustainable future, it's only natural that we expand our offerings in the direction of sustainability and corporate consciousness."
IIL supported the development of the book Organizational Survival, which Balestrero co-authored with Nathalie Udo. IIL's new webinar offerings will highlight key research from the book and share insight on how companies can increase value, enhance reputation and improve image and brand through an integrated approach to strategic change.
"The webinar is a snapshot into the strategic transformation of organizations which have demonstrated that contributing to global sustainability is not only the right thing to do, but is also quite profitable as well," said Balestrero.
Later this year, IIL will introduce additional offerings based on the book including a 2-day workshop and half-day executive briefing.
