Intercomp USA Announces Thomas Campion as the Newest Board Member

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As Intercomp continues to lead as an independent electronic parts distributor, the company has appointed industry veteran and defense industry expert Thomas Campion to Intercomp's Board.

With over 20 years of experience as a Naval Special Warfare Officer (SEAL) in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Campion has served in operational leadership roles, from SEAL Platoon Commander to commanding a Joint U.S. Special Operations Task Force and conducting peacetime and combat missions across the globe before retiring in 2000.

After retiring from U.S. Navy, Mr. Campion served as the Lead User Representative and Project Manager within the Program Executive Office for Special Programs and Special Operations Forces Warrior Systems at the U.S. Special Operations Command. Here he was responsible for weapons, ammunition, demolition, visual augmentation, weapon accessories, soldier protective systems and sensors development and acquisition efforts.

Most recently, Mr. Campion started his own consulting business, Poseidon Consulting, providing guidance and direction to the Defense Industry while offering capabilities developed throughout a wide range of products and services.

Mr. Campion holds a Master's Degree in Education from Slippery Rock University, and subspecialties in Personnel Management, Mission Planning, Target Vulnerability, Security Planning, and Middle Eastern and Pacific affairs from the U.S. Navy.
