In order to qualify for this annual recognition, ID was required to meet two criteria: achieve a minimum of 30 survey responses in a rolling calendar year and score a minimum weighted average of 4.6 in customer satisfaction on pre and post-sales support on the regional Customer Satisfaction surveys.  ID exceeded this requirement by achieving a 4.9 out of a possible 5.0.  The positive results shown in these surveys can be found throughout ID's customer base and is an excellent differentiator when comparing solutions' companies.  

The new designation will be displayed inside Cisco's Partner Locator tool to help differentiate ID from its competitors.  Both enterprise organizations and Cisco personnel, searching to engage with best-in-class Cisco partners, will see this additional distinction in the locator tool.
