IntelliCentrics, Provider of Reptrax, Announces Three New Leadership Appointments
DALLAS, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- IntelliCentrics, Inc., the provider of Reptrax, announces Eli Spirer has been named Executive Vice President, Teresa Finn has been named Vice President of New Market Development, and Greg Goyne has been named Vice President of Marketing. They will serve on the IntelliCentrics executive team, headed by Spirer who reports to Michael Sheehan, Chief Executive Officer.
Spirer is responsible for the overall operations of IntelliCentrics. He was formerly EVP, U.S. and Latin American Retail Operations for Retalix, an Israeli-based company that provides software and service solutions to retailers and distributors worldwide. He founded and led their U.S. subsidiary, growing total annual revenue from $2 million to over $140 million.
"Eli brings us a wealth of management experience in retail technology, software development and IT services that complements the strengths of our executive team and sets the stage for our next growth phase," stated Sheehan. Spirer holds a Business and Hotel Management degree from Technion-Machon Technologi Le'Israel. He is one of the founders and current board member of the Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce.

Teresa Finn, Vice President of New Market Development, was formerly Managing Director at Friedman's Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, and managed Global Operations for Viewlocity Technologies serving customers in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Finn is charged with identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for IntelliCentrics in new markets. She brings two decades of experience in providing customer-centric solutions for industries that include supply chain, banking, oil and gas, manufacturing and defense. Finn earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Greg Goyne, Vice President of Marketing, was most recently a partner at Firehouse, IntelliCentrics' marketing and branding agency. Heading the agency's branding practice, Goyne led a team to research and define the IntelliCentrics' brand strategy with the goal of gaining market share and expanding into new markets. Over the course of his career, Greg has led the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for an array of brands, including Baylor Health Care Services, WGU Texas, Huawei, Interstate Batteries, Gulfstream Aerospace, McDonald's, Kraft and Heinz. Goyne earned his Bachelor of Arts followed by a MBA in brand management, both from the University of North Carolina.
