As part of the acquisition, Nancy Brozek and Jared Faltys, Co-CEOs of WealthFirm, will become Managing Partners in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WealthFirm began as a CPA firm in 1948 serving clients in the Midwest.
