Hooper, who brings 20+ years of ITSM experience and is widely known in the ITSM industry, joins the ISM team from a consulting startup located in Boston, Massachusetts where he served as the VP of Strategy. After helping successfully launch the company, he set up and directed a multichannel marketing and sales team, growing sales and revenue for the startup from zero to over $2 million in a nine-month period. Hooper has held several executive positions, such as the CEO and founder of Smak (Acquired by Unified Inbox), CIO and CMO at Inforonics, and CTO, CEO and co-founder of Vigilant (acquired by Inforonics).  In addition to his extensive executive experience, Hooper is an avid blogger, podcaster, international speaker and presenter for organizations such as ITSMF, SIM, HDI, Pink Elephant, IoT and Universities throughout the US.
