Intacct Partner Executive Honored Again by Accounting Today

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and accounting software, today announced that Taylor Macdonald hasbeen recognized by Accounting Today in the publication's new listings of the top people from the accounting industry. Taylor Macdonald, Intacct's vice president of channels, was named to the "Accounting Today Top 100 People" list for the tenth time in his career. Joining Macdonald on the 2013 list are executives from several Intacct strategic partners, including the AICPA, Arxis Technology, Bill.com, CPA2Biz, McGladrey, and WithumSmith+Brown.

Macdonald heads Intacct's world-class partner organization, which includes 25 of the Top 100 CPA firms and 20 of the Top 100 VARs in the industry, according to Accounting Today. Macdonald has held previous channel executive positions at Deltek and Sage Software, and he is a frequent, top-rated speaker at AICPA, Information Technology Alliance (ITA), and other channel and industry events.

Macdonald has helped lead channel sales at Intacct during a time of impressive growth. For Intacct's full fiscal year, ended June 30, new customer bookings were the largest in the company's history, increasing by nearly 40% from the prior year. During that same period, Intacct's partners delivered notable results, adding 50% more new customer accounts compared with the prior year.
