SAN JOSE, Calif., April 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and accounting software, today announced it has been named as a finalist for a Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) CODiE Award in the "Best Financial Management Solution" category. Intacct has won this category twice previously. The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier award for the software and information industries, and have been recognizing product excellence for nearly 30 years. The awards have over 75 categories and are organized by industry focus of Content, Education, and Software.

This year's program features 28 Software categories, several of which are new or updated to reflect the latest industry trends. CODiE Award finalists in the software categories were selected from several hundred nominated solutions. These products underwent an intensive review by subject matter experts, analysts, journalists, and others with deep experience in the field to determine the finalists. The final phase of judging begins today and runs through April 18. SIIA member companies now have the opportunity to review and vote for the top solutions in each category. This peer review counts for 20% of the final scores. Winners will be announced during a special awards dinner on May 21 in San Francisco during the industry's premier ISV gathering of SaaS, BI, and Cloud providers, Maximize.
