Socius will act as the program manager for the first-of-its-kind Litigation Cost Protection insurance program. This innovative product reimburses cost disbursements in the event of a total loss at trial following a trial verdict. The insurance coverage is backed by an 'A' XV AM Best Carrier.

Coverage is purchased on a case-by-case basis with limits up to $100,000 available. Coverage is initially available for suits filed in state courts in California, Florida, Illinois, New York, and Texas as well as all U.S. Federal District Courts.
