Insurance Wholesaler Socius Insurance Services, Inc. Announces Inception of Socius Foundation

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Socius Insurance Services, Inc., a management liability and property/casualty insurance wholesale broker, today announced the formation of Socius Foundation, a philanthropic organization with a mission to give back generously to local communities through volunteerism and donations.

Since 1997, Socius and its employees have been involved in various communities by volunteering time and giving monetarily to local nonprofits – St. Anthony, Edgewood, Spark, Soup Ladies and Metropolitan Ministries, to name a few. This year, Socius has formalized its program by creating the Socius Foundation, which will help those in need in local communities.

The Socius Foundation accepts donations from any outside donors wishing to support its goals. It has an operating cost of one percent and welcomes all levels of donations, whether it's a one-time donation, a monthly donation or an endowment.
