Instrumentation Laboratory Launches ProDx™ Remote Support Suite Worldwide
--Automated Remote Monitoring Ensures Peak Efficiency and Performance Across ACL TOP® Hemostasis Testing Systems--
BEDFORD, Mass., Sept. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Instrumentation Laboratory (IL) announced today the worldwide release of ProDx Remote Support Suite for continuous monitoring of ACL TOP Hemostasis Testing Systems at hospitals and commercial laboratories. This new technology enables remote analyzer diagnostics, rapid and tailored technical support and resolution, enhancing customer experience and laboratory uptime.
ProDx Remote Support Suite connects ACL TOP Hemostasis Testing Systems in use at customer sites to the ProDx Secure Data Center, through a virtual private network (VPN). With proprietary predictive analytics, this information allows Technical Support and Service Specialists to identify potential issues before they occur and apply preventive actions. Additionally, it allows Specialists to provide remote assistance, targeted investigations and interventions, configurations and repairs.
"Through its constant vigilance, ProDx technology represents a significant leap in our ability to help customers ensure peak performance and compliance of their ACL TOP systems, maximizing laboratory efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction," said Giovanni Russi, Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Service at IL. "Connecting our Hemostasis systems is the first phase of ProDx deployment throughout the world, and we look forward to expanding our offering to connect additional testing systems in the future."
Ensuring secure data compliance, ProDx protects connected systems against viruses, malware, or malicious software infections and unauthorized intrusion.
