SALT LAKE CITY, UT, Nov. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Instructure (NYSE:INST), a provider of a cloud-based learning management platform for academic institutions and companies worldwide, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. In addition, Instructure has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 660,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 13, 2015 under the symbol "INST".
Morgan Stanley and Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as lead joint book-running managers for the offering with Jefferies LLC also acting as a book-running manager. Needham & Company, LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. will act as co-managers for the offering.
