Institutional Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Salika Khizer to Managing Director of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure
NEW YORK and SAN RAMON, Calif., June 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) announced today that Salika Khizer has been promoted to Managing Director of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure.
Ms. Khizer joined IREI in 2012 as Executive Assistant to CEO, Geoffrey Dohrmann. She was promoted in 2014 to Associate Managing Director working with IREI's Managing Directors for Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to IREI, Ms. Khizer was a marketing specialist for Forward Management, LLC, where she did client servicing and liaised with sales and portfolio management staff developing marketing and sales collateral.

In her new role, Ms. Khizer will be charged with business development for the firm's infrastructure products, including the publication Institutional Investing in Infrastructure, and IREI's Infrastructure Strategies conference. Ms. Khizer will continue as project leader for IREI's Springboard event. She will report to Mr. Schein, who is managing and strengthening IREI's sales team.
