Insignia Capital Group Promotes Three Individuals
WALNUT CREEK, Calif., March 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Insignia Capital Group, a leading middle-market private equity firm, today announced the promotions of Pradyut Shah to Managing Director, Julian Hinderling to Principal and Nick DeTrempe to Vice President.

These promotions will assist Insignia in fulfilling its mandate to make equity investments in profitable, growing companies with $5-30 million of EBITDA. Insignia will selectively pursue larger platform investments that require in excess of $100 million of equity, and routinely evaluates smaller strategic add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies.
Pradyut Shah joined Insignia in 2011 as a founding member of the Firm. Prior to Insignia, he was a Vice President at Behrman Capital. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston's Technology Group working on mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector. Pradyut attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Julian Hinderling joined Insignia in 2016 as a Vice President. Prior to Insignia, Julian was a Vice President at American Securities. Before that, Julian spent time at Disney's Corporate Strategy & Business Development Group as well as Credit Suisse's Leveraged Finance & Restructuring Group. Julian earned an MBA degree from Stanford University and previously attended Georgetown University, where he graduated cum laude.
Nick DeTrempe joined Insignia in 2014 as an Associate. Prior to Insignia, Nick was an Associate at Baird Capital and an Analyst in Credit Suisse's investment banking group. Nick attended the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude.
