InsideCounsel Produces Special Report on e-Discovery in May Issue

Final thoughts from the panel focused on the need for more understanding of the true costs that discovery expenses impose, the desire for more information about new search methodologies and a call for courts to provide predictable rationale that litigation can apply to cases, systems, applications, personnel and data.
