Inside access to Truck America Training School in Shepherdsville, Kentucky
ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Every year at driver training schools all across the country, prospective truckers endure the rigors of classroom work and on-the-road training.
In a new multiplatform behind-the-scenes series which began on Aug. 22, Transport Topics follows one such class, getting up close and personal with a dozen or so students, including a former school bus driver, a former casino dealer, and an ex-dump truck driver. The students enrolled will complete 16-days, 160 hours, and must pass an exam administered by the Kentucky State Police in order to graduate.
