Richmond Rocky Mountain Regional Director, serving Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo in Colorado; Phoenix and Tucson in Arizona: Albuquerque, New Mexico and Salt Lake City, Utah. In her new role, Richmond will manage a team responsible for a range of functional areas including, business development, operations, recruiting, client services, student coaching and curriculum development, special events and training programs, strategic planning/execution and fund development. Prior to assuming this position, the INROADS Alumna served as Regional Director of INROADS' Great Lakes Region, where she led increases in corporate sponsorships (28 percent), scholarship dollars (60 percent) and grant funding (71 percent).
Previously, Richmond was among the top five percent of National Sales Performers at Eli Lilly & Company; garnered regional and national sales recognition at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. At Net Health, she launched and managed new sales and marketing initiatives and oversaw sales and revenue growth and new market development for the western half of the country.
Richmond earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University, where she was named Outstanding Undergraduate Business Student and received the Michigan Governing Boards Association Outstanding Student Award. Richmond earned an MBA from Purdue University and a PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University. She serves as adjunct faculty for University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University.
