Inova Names James Wade, MD, Deputy Director for Quality and Network Development for the Inova Dwight and Martha Schar Cancer Institute
FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Inova today announced that James Wade, MD, has been named Deputy Director for Quality and Network Development, Inova Dwight and Martha Schar Cancer Institute (ISCI). Dr. Wade is a medical oncologist with additional board certification in infectious diseases, and he holds a master's of public health from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Marquette University.
Dr. Wade has held faculty positions at Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, University of Washington, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and Medical College of Wisconsin prior to his most recent position as Chairman at Geisinger Cancer Institute. He has also served on two occasions as an advanced training fellow with Brent James Intermountain Institute for Healthcare Research.
