Database products within the screening industry traditionally operate on a monthly refresh cycle.  As new public record data is received it is placed in a queue, and all updates received during the preceding period are applied at the same time, usually once a month.  As many database providers do not aggregate their own data and rely upon a third party, this delay is often multiplied as additional time is required to receive, process and load the updates.  Near Time Data Insertion™ bypasses the queue.  Within 24 hours of new data being acquired by Innovative's industry-leading, in-house data aggregation team, it is in the live database and available to customers.
