In her new role, Teresa will head Innovative's data acquisition strategy, reporting directly to the company's Vice President of Information Technology, Pat Lankswert.
Teresa brings over a decade of criminal data acquisition and architectural experience, including overseeing data accuracy and normalization, data automation, and the development of enterprise data systems from the ground up.
