Lisa is responsible for worldwide legal affairs and oversees the Company's corporate governance, contracting, commercial licensing, intellectual property, litigation, compliance and regulatory matters.
Lisa has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate transactional attorney advising emerging growth pre-IPO and public companies. Lisa joins Innovari after serving as General Counsel for Jive Software, a global enterprise collaboration software company recently purchased by the Aurea family of companies. Prior to Jive Software, Lisa also held assistant general counsel roles at bay-area based companies CafePress, Inc., Epocrates, Inc. and Broadlane, Inc. Early in her career, Lisa also served as a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP with a focus on corporate finance and securities practice.
