Innovari Expands International Operations; Appoints President of Innovari Latin America

AUSTIN, Texas, April 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactive energy platform developer, Innovari, has appointed Manuel Arancibia as president of Innovari Latin America in conjunction with the opening of its Colombia office. The expansion supports the growth of the company's Latin American operations, and enables customers to benefit from the expertise and localized access of sales and technical support critical to the launch of Innovari's Interactive Energy Platform (IEP) projects.

Arancibia brings a decade of business development, financial analysis and operations experience in the utility sector. He has worked with leading U.S. companies, ranging from conventional generation, to electricity demand and renewable technologies. Most recently, he has helped a Portuguese utility expand their commercial operations in the U.S. by growing a wind generation portfolio from six to 30 wind farms, with a total of 3,700 MW of wind generation under management. He previously served as the director of energy sales and structuring for EDP Renewables North America and the commercial transactor for Exelon Generation Company.
