Innovari Bolsters Its Executive Team, Names Judd Rabb As CFO
AUSTIN, Texas, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactive energy platform developer, Innovari, announced today its appointment of Judd Rabb as Chief Financial Officer. Rabb joins the company, which was founded in 2011, just as it announced its launch into the market and opening of growth-focused B round investment.

Rabb brings more than 20 years of experience, 10 of which are focused in the energy sector, in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business growth. As an experienced fundraiser supporting public and private investments totaling over $450 million, Rabb's background includes an extensive track record of developing lean, highly-effective teams and implementing mission-critical systems, financial models, internal controls, and reporting.
Most recently, Rabb was CFO and vice president of administration for SolarBridge Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of solar micro-inverters for the residential and light commercial market. There he led the company through a period of rapid growth by overseeing various finance, strategic-planning, administration and operations positions. Rabb also served as the CFO and vice president of finance for Illumitex, Inc., CFO and vice president of finance for ColdWatt, Inc. (acquired by Flextronics), and corporate controller for Green Mountain Energy Company, where he played an instrumental role in the company's acquisition by NRG Energy.
Rabb, a CPA in the State of Texas, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a member of Financial Executives International and the Institute of Management Accountants.
