InnovAge Acquires Kissito PACE of Roanoke

DENVER, April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- As of April 4, 2017, InnovAge has acquired Kissito PACE of Roanoke in Roanoke, Va. The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is as an alternative to nursing homes and is designed to keep seniors living in their own homes and communities for as long as safely possible. Participants in PACE are primarily dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. The new InnovAge program will be known as InnovAge Virginia PACE – Roanoke Valley.
