Innophos Holdings, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

CRANBURY, N.J., March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Innophos Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPHS) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2010 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 15, 2010.
