Ingram Yuzek Launches 2013 With All-Star Partner

NEW YORK, March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Warren Friss, an Ingram alumnus who joined The Topps Company in 1995, returned to Ingram Yuzek with significant experience in business and commercial transactions and a special concentration in licensing and intellectual property matters.  Warren was one of the original members of Ingram Yuzek when it was founded in 1989.

At Topps-- a leading sports and entertainment company best known for its baseball cards and Bazooka bubble gum -- Warren served as General Counsel, launched the Topps Internet Division, and in 2005 became the VP, General Manager of the company's Sports & Entertainment Division.  Under Warren, this Division experienced dramatic growth and success, ultimately leading to the sale of Topps to Michael Eisner's Tornante Company.

In his roles at Topps, Warren was responsible for a broad range of legal and business matters including the negotiation of transactions with all of the major sports leagues, WWE, The Estates of Mickey Mantle and Babe Ruth, Disney, LucasFilm, Hershey Foods, Universal, Walmart, Target, 7-11, Amazon and eBay, among others.  

Warren began his legal career at Shea & Gould after graduating from The University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
