(NYSE: VOYA), which will rebrand as Voya Financial, Inc. in 2014, announced today that its board of directors has declared a common stock dividend of $0.01 per share for the first quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2014.
