Market Leadership and Growth – Infusionsoft is positioned to dominate the market of all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses. The company grew to more than 12,000 small business customers representing 44,000 users in more than 70 countries. In addition to the growth in its customer base, the company grew revenue more than 50 percent to $39 million and added 150 employees bringing its team to 350. The company also moved into a new, 90,000 square foot Chandler, Ariz. headquarters where it will grow to accommodate 1,000 employees in the next three years.
Major Product Enhancements – Infusionsoft added powerful new features to its all-in-one sales and marketing software which includes marketing automation, CRM, and e-commerce. New features introduced to the Infusionsoft software in 2012 include an easy to use, drag-and-drop Campaign Builder; a new, fresh interface; improved lead scoring and reporting; social media lead generation and publishing; e-commerce improvements and new web analytics. In 2012, customers used the software to:
- Capture 40 million leads
- Send 3.2 billion emails
- Process more than $1.5 billion in transactions
Thriving Partner Ecosystem – The company launched the Infusionsoft Marketplace and now has 90 apps available that help users do more with the software. Additionally, close to 90 Infusionsoft Certified Consultants and 1,200 referral partners joined the partner program in 2012. The second half of 2012 also brought the first ever PartnerCon attended by nearly 100 Infusionsoft certified partners and developers.
Leading Small Business Education – Last April Infusionsoft welcomed a record 1,500 small business owners to its annual user conference InfusionCon in Phoenix, Ariz. InfusionCon 2013 is expected to attract more than 2,000 small businesses from around the globe.
